Pioneering Work Freedom™ at DiGo
Back in darkest Pandemic when the number crunchers and fat cats at agency holding companies were getting together to scheme ways to trick or force employees to “come back into the office,” DiGo made a bold and binding decision…to be Work Freedom forever.
We were among the first in any industry to say that belief and behavior around work were changing for the better, that technology and the pandemic had showed us the benefits of work freedom and that the proper attention of management is not on how to force people to return to the past, but to solve the problems of building an even better future.
We announced DiGo Work Freedom.
We proclaimed “the best people anywhere will beat the best people somewhere, every time.”
We recommitted to being a NYC creative agency and doubled down on our offices in Manhattan's Media Arts Building.
We declared our commitment to Work Experience Equity, agreeing to all work together, and to invest, to give everyone an equitable and inclusive experience “whether in the room or in the Zoom.”
Because work-from-anywhere only works when we all share one experience.
And it does work!
Our CEO leads from the Cotswolds in England or from client offices around the world.
Producers are based where the productions happen, and sometimes that's an Island in the Carribean.
Account leaders are with clients or in treehouses or with their teams.
We have thrived and grown as a Work Freedom agency.
Not just creatively and in business growth, but as a team and culture that is ever more positive and every more powerful in driving positive change.
